What we collect

We do not collect your files. Every tool on UToolsy processes your content locally in your browser. Images, PDFs, audio, video, and text you open are never transmitted to our servers, because there is no upload step.

What stays in your browser

To make the site more useful, we store a few small preferences in your browser's local storage. This data lives on your device only and is never sent to us:

• Theme — whether you prefer light or dark mode.
• Favorites & recent tools — so your list is there next time.
• Usage counts — a local tally used to show “trending” tools. It never leaves your device.

You can clear all of it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for UToolsy.

AI models

Some AI-powered tools download open-source models from public content delivery networks (such as Hugging Face or jsDelivr) the first time you use them. These requests fetch model files to your browser; they do not send your content anywhere. Your files are still processed locally.

Third parties

If we serve the site through a hosting provider or CDN, those providers may process standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in their server logs, as is normal for any website. We do not combine this with your tool activity or use it to identify you.

Children

UToolsy is a general-audience utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
