Using UToolsy

UToolsy provides free online tools that run in your browser. You may use them for personal or commercial work. You're responsible for the content you process and for making sure you have the right to use it.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, we can't guarantee every result will be perfect for your purpose. Always keep a backup of important files and verify critical output — for example, double-check financial calculations before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UToolsy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools, including lost data or lost profits.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the tools for anything unlawful.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the service to harm others.
• Don't misrepresent the tools as your own product.

Changes
